In Loving Memory of 6

In Loving Memory of 6

From Your Dad: 6 as she was chilling in life, is resting in peace. A strong 17-year run. She came with her name written in her side and picked me to rescue her, twice. The second time didn’t let go and we both had wonderful times. So blessed for an outdoor home with fresh air for her last breath.

In Loving Memory of Gabi

In Loving Memory of Gabi

Born in Poland, lived in Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area. Traveled with her to Paris, a haven for dogs. She was super loving and caring to our daughter. She will forever be in our memory.

In Loving Memory of Simon

In Loving Memory of Simon

Born in Texas, he became his Mom and Dad’s first baby in 2005. He saw them through four big moves, was by their side as they became parents to twin boys, and taught them so much about unconditional love. He enjoyed eating (everything!), sleeping, generally being lazy, and snuggling with his family. He loved sitting on laps and they loved having him right there, even though he may have snored particularly loudly. When illness suddenly overtook him, they made the heartbreaking and brave decision to give him the gift of peace. Rest well sweet boy – may your family always feel you smiling down on them.

Who enjoyed hiking in the mountains, swimming in lakes, and playing at the beach, going to work with his dad, greeting all the customers, and “talking” to all the neighbors on his daily walks. He loved his family with all his big beautiful heart, and they loved him right back. His memories will forever remain in their hearts. In the words of his mom, “he goes on in love”.

In Loving Memory of Mei~Zi

In Loving Memory of Mei~Zi

My most precious Shar Pei, Mei~Zi became deathly ill and I knew I needed to find a Vet to help my Mei~Zi pass. I called Peaceful Paws and Dr. Ravina came to my home to help me do something that is so difficult.Mei~Zi was suffering, and Dr. Ravina did all she could to help my Mei~Zi pass with love and peace around her. There is nothing more important than having a Vet who truly cares about animals and the humans who are losing a part of their family. Dr. Ravina is very special, very kind, and very loving with animals, and having her there for my Mei~Zi during such a painful, hard time was a blessing. If you, unfortunately, are in need of euthanasia, then I wanted to share this information about Dr. Ravina with you so you could have the peace & care that Mei~Zi and I received. Thank You, Dr. Ravina!

In Loving Memory of Chubby Checker

a.k.a. Chubbs, Chub-man, Little Man, Chub-Chub, June 15, 2006 – November 7, 2016. Thank you for teaching me about the importance of being yourself and dancing to the beat of your own drum, my little drummer boy. Thank you for giving me all of yourself, right up to the very end, even when you were dealing with the worst. I miss your bravery, your contentment, your patience, and all your noises. XOXO.

In Loving Memory of CowCow

In Loving Memory of CowCow

CowCow was a unique and beautiful cat. From bottle feeding her as a baby (along with her two brothers) to caring for her in her geriatric years, she was a huge part of our lives and there will always be a hole there. She gave us 21 wonderful years.
In Loving Memory of Ace

In Loving Memory of Ace

The Ace Between Us
The space between you and me, as you huddled in your cage the first day we met 13 years ago.

No space between Pete’s arms as he carried your scared little self into our car for the first time.

No space between your head lying in my lap the whole drive home.

The Ace between us curled on the couch every night.

The Ace between us as you wedged yourself between our hugs.

The Ace between us in bed every night.

The space between us this morning without you between us.

The space between us holds your love forever.

We love and miss you so much, Ace.

In Loving Memory of Donnie Alvarez

In Loving Memory of Donnie Alvarez

aka Donnieman, DonMan, The Donster, Mr Man, Donatello. April 20, 2002 – May 6, 2017. You were my best friend through all the trials and tribulations of life; always there to comfort me and spoon at night. I miss your warmth, your snoring, your voice, head bumps, your paw in my face, your whiskers tickling my nose…everything that was you. I tried to always give you as much or more than you gave me but I am not sure I always succeeded. You took a piece of my heart with you. I love you, DonMan.

In Loving Memory of Bailey

In Loving Memory of Bailey

Bailey was always there with a waggy butt and a sloppy kiss. Always happy to see you when you came home. Always followed me from room to room, keeping an eye on me, wanting to be close to me at all times. If I was outside, she was outside too. She loved to go bye-bye with us and loved meeting new people and animals. Most everyone loved her, with her happy personality (the slobber, maybe not so much). She loved her walks at the park every evening. She loved meeting up with her bff Sadie and seeing the other regular dogs in the park. She even loved having the company of the neighbor dogs walk WITH us on our walk. She just LOVED. She was a very important family member and there.

In Loving Memory of Toby

In Loving Memory of Toby

April 12, 2007 – June 12, 2016. Toby was a beautiful big sweet boy with an even bigger heart. He enjoyed playing at the beach and loved his tennis balls. He was the best uncle to a gaggle of foster kittens. In the words of his family, he was “the kindest most loyal soul” and gave them 9 years of unconditional love. He goes on to the Rainbow Bridge, joining big buddy André in watching over his beloved family from the other side.
